How to buy our project plans

Purchase method

1. Carefully read the description of projects that interests you. All of our projects are in electronic format and after purchase, you will have to download them directly online. We do NOT ship plans on CD or in paper form.

2. If you have any doubts regarding the project or its purchase, please contact us by email before you make the purchase.

3. After you choose the project, click Add to Cart button directly under the project description.

4. The screen will show the content of your Cart. If you choose to purchase another plan, click Continue Shopping button. If you want to start shopping, click Checkout button.

5. After clicking Checkout button, the registration form will show up. If you are doing this for the first time, you will have to fill up all the form to register, and press the Send Registration button, after which you will get the Confirmation mail at the email address you put in the registration form. You have to open this e-mail and click the conformation link to register properly. (If you have already been our costumer, this step is unnecessary - all you need is to log in.)

6. After this step, the site will take you to the www.2checkout.com website - the Instant credit card processing services accounts for merchants with internet business.

7. Through 2checkout.com website, you can make payment either with your credit card or with your Paypal account.

8. After the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of purchase. After this, your bank and 2checkout.com website arranges the money transaction. When this transaction is approved, Craftsmanspace.com website will send you an e-mail with the link and password to download the purchased project. The verification process between 2checkout.com website and a bank lasts for 1-3 days.

Note: If you do not receive an e-mail from our website with the download information, or you have some problems downloading the project, please CONTACT US - if we did not contact you in the meantime. After the purchase, be sure to check the spam folder, because there is a possibility that your server is treating our messages as Spams.

9. When you download the purchased plans, it can happen that your computer can't open a file. This happens, when you do not have the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, so be sure to upload the newest version of this program from this link.

Just be patient for 1-3 days after the purchase, as we cannot speed up the verification process between the bank and 2checkout.com.

Our intentions are to sell only complex project plans, therefore some of these projects are large (25Mb or less) and it can take a while until the download process is finished (especially if your internet connection is slow).

Purchasing the electronic plans will incur no shipping charges in our shopping cart. Once delivered, electronic plans are non-refundable under any circumstance. We have no way of knowing that a person may have kept a copy of the electronic plan on their computer.
