You can use various types of wood for this project manufacture. We recommend purchasing some wood with a nice, interesting texture like ash, beech, cedar, birch, cherry, maple, oak, walnut, etc. If you are planning to paint Useful Seat, the texture of wood is not important.

Make all the items precisely by the measurements given on particular 2D drawings. The measurements are given in millimeters, and the measurements in inches are given in brakes (1 inch = 25, 4 mm).

ASSEMBLAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Push the Leg Mirrors (item 2) and Legs (items 6) into the mortises on the Carrier (item 1). It would be good to apply some wood glue on the Tenon  on the Leg Mirrors (item 2) and Legs (item 6). If you decided to put this chair somewhere outside, you should use some kind of water resistant glue, or do not put the glue at all.

  2.    Tamp the Wedges (item 3) down with hammer into mortises on the Leg Mirrors (item 2) and Legs  (item 6). If  one part of a Wedge after this operaton sticks out, cut it down with a saw. If you used glue, you  should do this very quickly, so the glue would not dry out.

Make the two of these subassemblies.

 3. Join together the two subassemblies made in the previous step with Crossbars (item 4) and, as in step 1,  you can use glue to secure the tenon and mortise joint.

 4.    All is left to do, is to attach the Seat Planks (item 5) to the subassembly made in the previous step with the Wood Screws D4 x 50mm (Item 7). If you have used some kind of a harder wood type for this chair, it would be good, to drill the Pilot Hole before you screw in the Wood Screws.
