The contour and initial 3D model of all three models is the same, and while drawing the 3D models, the surface has been deformed in 3 different ways. If you look at the picture, you will see that these are not 3D models of a real heart but but the heart idiograms, i.e., heart symbols that can come in handy to save you some drawing time. If you need a different heart shape, you can easily deform it as you wish using any 3D graphics software.
