A puzzle is a problem or enigma that tests the ingenuity of the solver. Puzzles are often contrived as a form of entertainment, but they can also stem from serious mathematical or logistical problems — in such cases, their successful resolution can be a significant contribution to mathematical research.

Solutions to puzzles may require recognizing patterns and creating a particular order. People with a high inductive reasoning aptitude may be better at solving these puzzles than others. You put figures of 7 pieces together (five triangles, one square and one romboid). You must use all pieces. They must touch but not overlap.
You can use various types of hard wood to make this project. We recommend purchasing some hard wood with a nice, interesting texture like Rosewood, Teak, Oak, Walnut, Chery, Ash etc.
Make all the items following the instructions given in 2D documentation and try to piece the tangram 3D puzzle together. If some of the items do not fit to its place, rub one thin layer of wood with sandpaper, until all the items easily fit. Just be careful not to remove too much material during the sanding.
The measurements are given in millimeters, and the measurements in inches are given in brakes (1 inch = 25, 4 mm).
