Here you can download a collection that contains 4 round Russian ornaments shown in the picture below.

The ornaments are old, circular in shape, and their beauty proves them to be outstanding examples of old Russian style of ornament drawing. The old Russian school of ornament drawing is very interesting and has produced a large number of attractive ornaments of various shapes and styles throughout history. Artisans used to incorporate a variety of Eastern and Western influences into old ornaments in order to make them more sophisticated. This was done very skillfully, so that regardless of the impact of various styles, you can almost always recognize an old Russian ornament. If you need more Russian ornaments, you can find them at the following links: Set of old Russian ornaments and Interlaced ornaments from Russian manuscripts.

It is interesting that if you have a close look at the ornament number 3 (down, left), you can perceive the Hermann grid illusion. It is an optical illusion that is manifested by the appearance of non-existent gray blobs at the intersections of a white (or light)-colored grid on a black background. If you look directly at the intersection, the blobs disappear.
