If you like unusual math art models, in the picture you can see one that originated in TopMod software based on an octahedron.
It was created while we were playing with Topmod software, i.e., we saw its picture on the Internet and tried to model it. Although its appearance is quite complex, this 3D model is not too difficult to make with the software mentioned. The given 3D model is not hollowed, but the mesh quality is good and quite fine, so it should not be seen on the surface of the printed model.
