On this page I will be posting video tutorials showing modeling in an external FreeCAD workbench called Sheet Metal.
As the name suggests, this workbench is used for 3D CAD modeling of sheet metal parts. Modeling in this workbench is the same as in well-known commercial 3D CAD software: NX, Catia, T-Flex, Ascon Kompas, Solid Works, Solid Edge, ZW3D... If you learn to model in the Sheet Metal workbench, you can easily learn how to model sheet metal parts in any commercial 3D CAD software.
