On this page I will be posting video tutorials showing how to use the FreeCAD workbench called FEM (Finite element method).
Using the FEM workbench, you can perform various types of finite element calculations on 3D models. The video tutorials will show you how to set the material, how to set supports and loads, generate mesh (Netgen, Gmsh or others), perform the calculation (Calculix, z88 and Elmer), analyze the results (FreeCAD or Paraview)...
