The geometric figure you can download here is called the ‘horn 3D surface’, apparently for the reason that it is very similar to the horns of some animals.

It also bears the same name in the K3D Surf software (now MatMod) in which we have created it. You may download the horn 3D surface from this web page, or download the K3D Surf software, and then create a surface in it and export it. If you choose the first option, the difference is that we are also offering the NURBS 3D model of this geometric figure, and the program mentioned can export the figure only as a polygonal mesh 3D model. All maths and 3D graphics lovers, please be sure to download the above program, as it will certainly be interesting and probably useful to you!
