On this page you can download two 3D models of turned wooden table legs.

If you want to produce these legs on a CNC lathe, 3DM and STEP file formats have been made  available to you; and if you have a manual lathe, you can download 2D drawings in pdf and dwg file formats. In the old catalogs there are pictures of a large number of table leg designs, and we will probably release a few more 3D models over time. If you are in a hurry, look for these catalogs online as you will find not only turned table legs, but also very nice examples that you can make by wood turning and wood carving. Of course, not only can you make table legs based on these two 3D models, but also legs meant for various other pieces of furniture. Turned table legs are very easy to model in 3D CAD software, whereby you will spend most of the time drawing and sizing profiles, and the 3D model is formed by a single command that rotates the drawn profile by 360 degrees around the axis of rotation turning the profile into a surface or solid.

.stp (Standardized 3D graphic exchange file format) and .3dm (Rhinoceros 3D software native file format)

Both 3D models are of realistic size and can be used in projects without any scaling. The 3D models have been modeled based on some pictures found in an old company's catalog where, beside the table legs, also various other wooden products made on the lathe can be seen.

In the pictures you can see what the table legs look like.

Overall dimensions:
Table leg 1: 762mm x  51mm x 51mm (30' x  2' x 2').
Table leg 2: 736mm x  63,5mm x 63,5mm (29' x  2 1/2' x 2 1/2').
