It is simple floral stencil, consisting only of closed curves that make it very suitable for various techniques, such as stencil, papercut, scroll saw, marquetry and the like.

We have found it in an old book and named it after the inscription beneath the image of the stencil. This is a very nice stencil pattern depicting a stem with developing leaves, flowers and buds. The stem is branching out, and the two branches have a spiral shape forming decorative scrolls.
