This is a simple 3D model of geometrical bas-relief that we named 'Decorative 3D panel'.
It is easy to model decorative panels enriched with patterns like this using 3D programs. If you take a look at the panel shown in the picture, it is obvious that it consists of a geometric 3D figure that is easily obtained by drawing two ellipses and forming a surface that is actually a bulge between the ellipses. Forming the entire relief is based only on copying this 3D figure, moving it to the desired location, and by rotating and scaling you can further adjust the figure as desired. When you become satisfied with the result, all you need to do is trim the figures; in other words, remove unnecessary parts of their surfaces where they intersect or pass through each other. As you can see, forming a panel with such a geometric relief is not too difficult, and you can model it in almost any 3D CAD software by using just a few commands.
