Here you can download a simple border that has been created with 4 corner patterns.
We have called it the ‘green leaves border vector’ simply because the corner pattern consists of a bent twig with some leaves. In case you come up with some good idea, the corner pattern can also be used individually.

By changing the space between the corner patterns, you can adjust this border to a rectangular surface of the dimensions you need. An empty surface is obtained inside the border, large enough to insert some text. You can add more beauty to this border pattern if you play a little with the colors (we must admit, we haven't paid much attention to coloring).
