This is a set of four stylized sea shell design elements. All the four design elements are made using stencil technique and drawn with closed curves.

As for Europeans, the shell has no particular symbolic value; it is used as a decorative element or as a tattoo motif among sea/beach/summer lovers. In Asia, however, the shell appears as a symbol both in Buddhism and Hinduism. If you want to use the seashell as a symbol, you are advised to do some research on this subject first, as different types of seashells have different meanings in both Buddhism and Hinduism.
